Due to these unprecedented times and the volatility in the lumber and plywood markets; we are excluding all lumber, plywood and OSB products from our price match guarantee policy until further notice.
If a lower price at a local competitor (either in-store or online) is found on:
- an identical item
- in-stock at our store
- In-stock at a local retail competitor (in-store or online)
- Not a clearance item – we do not match clearance pricing
We will beat it by 10%!
If a lower advertised sale price is found on:
- an identical item
- in-stock at our store
- In-stock at a local retail competitor (in-store or online)
- Not a clearance item – we do not match clearance pricing
We will match it!
If a Canadian online retailer (a “.ca” website, but is not a local competitor,) has an item with a lower delivered price on:
- an identical item
- in-stock at our store
- In-stock at the competitor
- Not a clearance item – we do not match clearance pricing

Warning: with online price matching, a KENT associate must verify by finding the item on the competitor’s site. Paper printed off with a price is easily manipulated, so associates must verify the price online.
This guarantee does not apply to typographical errors, clearance, close-out, reconditioned products, bids, project quotes, installation services & product sold through the install process, installation labour, credit or financing programs, volume discounts, special orders, delivery or assembly services, tax offers, gift cards, or bonus offers of any type. Kent reserves the right to verify price and availability at the competitor’s location before honoring this guarantee and limit quantities of product deemed reasonable for household use. Confirmation of price in a competitor’s flyer must be presented during the effective flyer dates at the time of purchase. Total delivered price from an online competitor will include shipping fees associated with the online purchase of those goods to receive a price match. Competitor exclusive online offers may not be applicable to this price match policy.
