1. Where can I redeem my Kent Gift Card?

Kent Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of our Kent Building Supplies locations in Atlantic Canada.

2. When will my Kent Gift Card Expire?

It doesn't! From the time you buy your gift card until you spend the entire balance, your card will be valid, with no expiration or redemption fees.

3. What if I don't spend the entire amount on my Kent Gift Card?

Any remaining balance will stay on the card for you to use on your next purchase.

4. What if my Kent Gift Card is lost or stolen?

We will replace lost gift cards only with proof of purchase. Contact your local Kent store for assistance.

5. Can I pay off my In-House Charge Account with gift cards?

Gift cards CANNOT be used to pay off charge account balances.

6. How do I get my PRO Rewards redemptions?

Redeemable KENT PRO Rewards will be issued automatically by KENT as a lump sum on an eGift Card at the end of each quarter. eGift Cards will be sent to the email which opted in to the KENT PRO Rewards Program at the end of each quarter. Redemption dates: March 31^st, June 30^th , September 30^th, December 31^st.
